Booking Policy & Requirements

Please review before submitting:

1. A starting booking fee applies based on event type and location.

   Final pricing will be confirmed after reviewing your request.

2. Final balance must be paid prior to the event.

3. For events outside of Houston, TX, the host organization is responsible for:

   1. Travel expenses (flight or mileage)

   2. Hotel accommodations

   3. Ground transportation

4. A detailed itinerary must be provided at least 2 weeks prior to the event.

5. Any cancellations must be submitted in writing.
